I recognized that email is a significant touch point for this global financial services firm's client base and that they weren't taking full advantage of the opportunity, so I recommended a redsign of their templates. Working in close collaboration with my colleagues, I designed new templates to accommodate a full range of content, from straight-forward informational emails to marketing-oriented newsletters. The rigorous development process included creating wireframes, visual designs and HTML-coded mock-ups.
